Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Si-Logix ("Si-Logix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only and does not cover any third-party sites we may link to.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact or demo request form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, professional role, organization, and any message you write. This information is sent directly to Si-Logix by email; we do not maintain a separate database or CRM of form submissions on this Site.

Information collected automatically. We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or retargeting tools of any kind on this Site — no Google Analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no chat widgets, and no CRM tracking. The Site does load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser making a direct request to Google's servers to retrieve font files; Google may log standard technical information (such as IP address) as part of serving that request. We may enable analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) in the future to understand how visitors use the Site; if and when we do, this policy will be updated to reflect the tools in use before they go live.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to inquiries and demo requests; understand and improve how the Site is used; maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use advertising or retargeting pixels on this Site, and we do not use this Site to collect or store protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit sensitive medical details through the contact form.

How we share information

We do not share, rent, or sell the information collected through this Site to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our contact form is not connected to any third-party form handler or CRM — submissions are delivered directly to Si-Logix by email. We may share information with the service providers who help us operate the Site (currently limited to our hosting provider, Netlify, and Google Fonts as described above), and where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Si-Logix or others.

Cookies and similar technology

This Site does not currently set any cookies. The only client-side storage in use is a temporary, browser-local flag (sessionStorage) that remembers whether you've already seen the intro animation during your current browser tab session; it is never transmitted to our servers, is not used for tracking, and clears automatically when you close the tab. If we enable analytics in the future, that update will describe any cookies used at that time. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site data through their settings.

Global Privacy Control

Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal indicating a preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. This Site does not currently detect or respond to GPC signals. Because we do not use advertising, retargeting, or tracking technologies that would require an opt-out, a GPC signal would not currently change how this Site handles your information; we'll revisit this if that changes.

Data retention and security

We retain contact form correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our business records. We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline to submit information through our contact form; doing so may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry. If analytics cookies are in use, you can manage them through your browser settings or, where offered, an opt-out tool provided by the analytics vendor.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws in other states, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, or correct inaccuracies. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out under these laws. Because we collect only the limited information described above, most of these rights have limited practical effect on this Site, but we will honor verifiable requests submitted to the contact information below to the extent required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

No medical advice or PHI

This Site and its contact form are not a substitute for medical care, and Si-Logix is not a healthcare provider. We do not use this Site to collect or store protected health information (PHI) subject to HIPAA, and this Site is not intended to serve as a HIPAA-covered channel for communicating with a physician. Please do not submit sensitive medical details through the contact form; contact your physician directly for medical questions.

International and geographic scope

This Site is directed at visitors in the United States and is hosted and operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, where applicable.

Children's privacy

This Site is intended for healthcare professionals, patients, and the general public seeking information about Si-Logix products, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and subject to the limitations of liability and governing law set out in, our Terms of Use.
